My deepest condolences and sympathy to the Murphy family! I met the Murphy family many, many years ago in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood. My Grandmother, Bertha Parker and Mr. Frank's Parents were very good friends and neighbors. The Murphy family always were very kind and always smiling! Of course was no exception! Always smiling and saying kind things and speaking of God! RIP! We Loved you but the God of Grace Loved you Best!

Our amazing brother, Bishop Frank James Murphy, Frankie to us was an awesome Son, Brother, Husband, Father, and Uncle. Bishop Murphy was a most dedicated man of God. His compassion, kindness, and uplifting spirit was always so very inspirational. Our wonderful brother always had a beautiful smile on his face. Frankie was one of the sweetest men we have ever known, and he will be greatly missed. We will miss his sweet voice and caring mannerisms. Frankie was kindness personified! We love you so very much, dear sweet brother. May you rest in Heaven with our Heavenly Father and your sweet, beautiful wife, Polly, Amen and Amen again, family. We love and miss you terribly, big brother.

Brother Frank, as I called him, was such a kind and loving man. As the years went by I grew to know him and love him. He was always so sweet. I’m going to miss seeing him and having conversations with him at the Tyvola Senior Center. He shared lots of wisdom that was such a blessing to me. Sleep on brother Frank! Take your time rest. We all loved you, but God loves you best. My condolences to his family.

Family, Bishop Murphy was a true gem with a heart of gold. He had an infectious smile that could brighten any situation. My prayer for the family is, even though your world is dark now, darkness will soon turn to light as you think of all the fond memories you have of him. He was a true man of GOD. Me and my sons (Adrian & Jarron) thought the world of Bishop. He will truly be missed but in our hearts forever. Love you all, your cousin Marilyn

Pastor Murphy was a genuine Christian and Pastor. There are no words that can convey the respect and appreciation I hold for him. I remember the honest praise and worship he unashamedly gave. He loved God. I can only imagine the welcome he received entering Heaven, and hearing the words "Well done thou good and faithful servant." Through God's mercy and goodness, I recently got to see and talk with him. Only God knew he would soon transition. To the Murphy Family, I extend condolences and know that you are in my prayers. Heaven is a real place. He has not ceased to exist but has entered eternity where sorrow and pain is no more. He is reunited with Mrs. Murphy and other loved ones who have gone before him. With Jesus in your hearts, you will see him again.
