Ms. Joyce C. Bates Guin, 94 of Matthews, NC passed away Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Novant Hospital Matthews. Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Rock Hill AME Zion Church 2723 W. Lawyers Rd. Indian Trail, NC 28079. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM and the Service will follow at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens 8901 Lawyers Rd.
