Ms. Cynthia Juanita Clyburn Jefferson 75, of Charlotte, NC passed away Thursday, April 23 2026 at Five Oaks Rehabilitation and Care Center Concord, NC. Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 2, 2026 at The Life Center Church 2435 Toomey Ave. Charlotte, NC 28208. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and the Service will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery 1615 Oaklawn Ave. Charlotte, NC 28216.
