Those we Love don’t go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, Unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear. Rest in Peace, Rest in Heaven, Rest in Paradise and Rest in Love. ♥️

You are and will always be one of my first examples of a good man. Pop pop your patience, kindness, and overall love for your family was something to be witnessed and experienced. You promised me the world and in your own version you gave that to me. Thank you for loving me and my kids. Your presence is greatly missed. I love you sooooooooo much and will cherish every voice mail, video and picture. Always and forever, Tough Tif

Daddy, you sure gave us a glimpse of what God can do. There is nothing impossible for God. Through it all, God gave you 90 + years of life and I must say you lived it to the end! Your smile and strength will be missed but those memories of you enjoying your family and the sounds of Gladys Knight's- Midnight Train To Georgia will never leave our memories. See you Glory Love ❤️ Verl

Hey Granddaddy is what I would say whenever I came to visit or spoke to you. Uncle Nub, I am truly going to miss you. I will miss our talks, and listening to the stories and secrets you told. Thank you for allowing me to love on you. To Carlette, Tiffani, Terell and Tiara thank you for sharing your dad and grandpa with me and my kids. I love y'all!

"Whew this is a tough one seeing your name on a funeral home obituary site is unbelievable and unimaginable. I thank God for the 90 years of life he granted you and the last eight years that we have spent with you (me, the grands and great-grands), Oh the memories that we made. We will miss your humor, your wit, your jokes, so much. There is nothing that I would have done differently, as Gods plans are always the better plans. No regrets. Daddy take your rest, you fought the fight, finished the race, kept the faith. Job well DONE. Love You more than words can ever express."
