Rozenia Peele Clark was born to the late Elizabeth and Calvin Chambers in Rock Hill, SC on December 14, 1936.
She joined the US Air Force in 01 Aug 1956 and was honorably discharged in 31 Jul 1959. Serving her country was one of the highlights of her life. After her discharge she moved back to Rock Hill, SC and then to New York , then to California where she began her career with Southern Pacific Railroad. Upon retiring she made her permanent residence in Charlotte, NC 1997.
She met Philip Clark in Charlotte and they were joined in holy matrimony on 14 Dec 2010. This was another one of the highlights of her life. They enjoyed their years together during which they traveled and were active until her failing health prevented it. Philip lovingly nursed and cared for her until the Lord called her home.
Although she has moved on without us, in our hearts we know that she is glad to be free, free from pain, free from fear and free from sadness. We ask that you remember her smile, her humor, her stories, her personality and her generosity. Remember the great cook that she was. Remember the great wife and friend she was and know she has gone on ahead to plan for when we are all together again.
Rozenia is survived by her devoted husband, Philip, her daughter Traci Louie of Texas, [Kepply Louie (husband), Rueben Torres (son), Reginal Torres (son)], Kendall Louie (son)], first cousins Zenobia Dancy of Philadelphia, PA, Charles Kee and wife Almeta of Charlotte, NC, Robert (Bobby) Blake and wife Diane of Rock Hill, SC and a host of family and friends.
