Calvin Lee Brown,Sr.

Attorney Calvin Lee Brown, Sr., 84, of Charlotte, NC passed away Friday, March 27, 2020 at his residence. Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 4, 2020 at First Baptist Church West 1801 Oaklawn Ave. Charlotte,NC 28216. Public viewing will take place on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Long & Son Mortuary Service from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Saturday Visitation will began at 11:00 am and a private service will follow at 12:00 pm. Interment will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery.

Due to COVID -19 We the staff of Long & Son Mortuary will follow the Executive Order issued by Governor  Roy Cooper to include no more than fifty (50) persons, while observing Social Distancing.

At a later date a public Memorial Service will be held for family and friends,this will include the Omega Service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Scholarship Fund of First Baptist Church -West. 1801 Oaklawn  Ave. Charlotte,NC 28216 Attn:Scholarship Chairperson.
