Mr. Charles Franklin Tillett, Sr. 81, of Concord, NC, passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at W.G. Bill Hefner Medical Center Salisbury, NC. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Walls Memorial AME Zion Church 2722 Bancroft St. Charlotte, NC 28206. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and the service will follow at 11:00 am. Military rites and interment will be at the Salisbury National Cemetery 501 Statesville Blvd. Salisbury, NC 28144 at 2:00 pm.
