Dorian D. Bickham

Mr. Dorian D. Bickham 42 of Charlotte, NC. passed away Wednesday June 20,2018 at Levine & Dickson Aldersgate Hospice House Charlotte,NC.Dorian Damon Bickham entered into eternal rest on June 21, 2018 at the Levine and Dickson Hospice House at Aldersgate in Charlotte, NC.  Born October 30, 1975 in New Orleans, LA, he was a New Orleans native who relocated to Charlotte, NC post Hurricane Katrina and was an employee of the Carolina Health Care Center at Pineville.  Dorian was united in marriage to Nyita “Nettie” Roberts of Charlotte, NC and was abundantly blessed with one daughter and two grandchildren.  In addition to his loving wife, Nyita, he is survived by his daughter Kim Thompson (Victor)  and his grandchildren Kaden and Madison Thompson of Charlotte, NC. His parents William Bickham and Monica Croom Bickham, of New Orleans, LA and paternal grandmother Ruthie Lee Bickham of New Orleans, LA. Three siblings: Taylor Croom of New York,  Lorraina Bickham and Kearston Croom both of New Orleans, LA.  Two nephews Chance and Bryce Morris of New Orleans, LA and two nieces Nia Noel Croom of New York and Kaycee Croom  of New Orleans, LA.  and a host of close family and friends. A funeral mass will be held on June 29, 2018 at 6:30pm at St. David Catholic Church located at 5617 St. Claude Ave, New Orleans, LA 70117 with the Reverend Oswald P. Pierre- Jules presiding.  Formal interment will follow on June 30, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church 809 New Roads St, New Roads, LA 70760
