Mrs. Arkeather  Spratt 68 of Charlotte. passed away Tuesday February 21,2017 at her residence. Funeral service will be held Thursday March 2, 2017 at 12:00 pm @ Long & Son Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will begin at 11:30 am and the service will follow at 12:00 pm. Interment will be at York Memorial Park.
