Mr. Frank Delvert Black age 76 of Charlotte, NC. passed March 16,2016 at CMC – Pineville. Funeral service will be held Saturday March 19,2016 at Weeping Willow AME Zion Church 2220 Milton Rd. Charlotte, NC 28215. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm and the service will follow at 1:00 pm . Military service rites and interment will take place at Charlotte Memorial Gardens.
