James  Thacker, Jr. age 71 of Charlotte, NC. ,passed Sunday November 15,2015 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. Funeral Service will be held Saturday November 21,2015 at Long & Son Mortuary Chapel . Visitation will begin at 12:00pm and the service will follow at 1:00pm interment will take place at York Memorial Park.
