Rev.  Dr. C.V.Owens, Sr. age 80 of Charlotte. Passed  September  1, 2015 at  his  residence . Funeral  Service will be  held  Saturday  September  5,2015 at  First Mt. Zion Baptist  Church  1515 Remount Rd. Charlotte ,NC 28208. Visitation will  begin at 11:00 am  and the Service will start at 11:30 pm. Entombment  will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery West.
