Mr. Vernon  Lee  Scales  age  74, of Charlotte ,NC .Passed  April 12,2015 at Novant Health Presbyterian  Medical Center.Funeral Service will be held Friday April 17,2015 at New Shiloh Baptist Church 2600 Elmin St. Charlotte , NC .28208. Visitation will began at 11 am follow with the Service at 12:00 pm. Military Service will be held Monday  April 20,2015 at Salisbury  National  Cemetery at 11:00 am.
