Mr.Cecil McKoy Mitchell, 69 of Charlotte, NC passed away Friday, May 5, 2023 at his residence. Celebration of his life will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church. Memorial Service will begin at 11:30 am and follow with the Visitation at 12:00 pm and the Service at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens 1540 Sugar Creek Rd. West Charlotte, NC 28262.
