Mr. Willis DeLafayette Penn 79 of Charlotte, NC. passed away Tuesday June 28 ,2016 at Carolinas Medical Center – Main. Funeral service will be held Saturday July 2, 2016 at Praise Assembly Ministries Church 3254 Kernersville Rd. Winston – Salem, NC. Wake service will be held Friday July 1, 2016 at  Long & Son Mortuary Chapel from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Visitation will begin 11:00 am and the service will follow at 12:00 pm at the Church. Interment  will in the Evergreen Cemetery 2124 New Walkertown Rd.Winston – Salem,NC
