Mr. William Lee Baxter, Jr. 89, of Charlotte, NC passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House Huntersville. Celebration of his life will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Forest Lawn Cemetery West 4601 Freedom Dr. Charlotte, NC 28214. Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM and the Service will follow at 11:00 AM.
