My sincere condolences to the Carr family. I taught and coached Jeffrey in football several years ago at Northwest Middle School. A very nice gentleman indeed! RIP!

My deepest condolences to the family. I remember all the "trouble" we use to get into at and around West Charlotte High School, in and out of that low rider truck! ;-] Those were the days! Jeff was true blue and there for you when you needed him. You will be missed but never forgotten. Rest In Peace.
