Uncle Eric, you taught us such valuable lessons about life. You always stayed real and true, and my generation benefited greatly from your transparency. It is doubtful that I become the man I am today without you. Thanks for every word you shared and the life you poured before us. I am truly going to miss you! Your legacy of faith and redemption will live on for generations. - Amen

This is my brother in law and my heart is broken due to his recent transition. My name is Freddie Mae, but he called me CRAZYMAE. I’m going to really miss him. He would call me sometimes daily and talk for ever. He enjoyed talking about his Salvation, Recovery and those SF 49ers. In that order too. I live in California and since his team was the 49ers, I was sure that I could convince him to visit and go to a game. “ CrazyMae, I am not getting on no plane. Maybe, after my surgery.” We all knew that he Loved us with ALL HIS HEART. He went to Atlanta while I was deployed to help Dwayne with Jordan and Isaiah in 1998. What an Honor, he told me it was for him to assist. I feel HONORED as a sister and a veteran to have a Marine like Eric Lee in my life. He would not fly to California to see the 49ers play but that was his TEAM. Semper Fi “always faithful.” A true Marine committed to GOD. May he Rest In Peace.
