Share your Memorial with Family & Friends
When we were in college, Tessa took me home to introduce me to her family, and in walked Terry, stern faced and serious and he asked in a deep voice, "what's your name?" And I remember being somewhat afraid of him, until Tessa, said that's my brother Terry, his bark is worse than his bite, and we laughed....from that day until he closed his eyes, he was my big too! He watched over us. Took great care of us, even when he grumbled with us that he wasn't going to help us, we would look up and he'd be right there with his tools to fix our problems, and vow that he wasn't going to help no mo'! He made us laugh, with his dry sense of humor, and God knows, we danced at many parties and had our belly full of laughter! I will never be able to listen to reggae music, and not think of my brother, but what I am most grateful for is his love, and dedication to all of us. During his illness, his amazing strength and endurance, taught me how to walk in faith, and trust God. God knows he never complained. Once in a lifetime God places someone in your life with whom you can share anything and trust it will remain right there without judgement...God gave us an amazing big brother and friend, and I will cherish his friendship for the rest of my life. We love you Uncle Terry, Thank you for everything you did for us... RIP Trevor,Sr., Cheryl, & Yr. Goodson, Trevor, Jr.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. It is natural to experience a gamut of emotions at this time. However, please remeber that when the death of a loved one occurs that God is especially close to the broken hearted, that he truly cares about our feelings, He is the hearer of prayer. Revelation 21:4 promises us that sickness, suffering, and death will be removed forever. Many also have found comfort in knowing that in the very near future those we have lost to the enemy death will be resurrected here on earth as John 5:28, 29 brings out. I do hope that you allow God to help you heal through the comforting pages of the Bible.
