Mrs. Shelva Godette Balaam, 48 of Concord, NC passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at her residence. Cerebration of her life will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church 7237 Tuckaseegee Rd. Charlotte, NC 28214. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and the Service will follow at 12:00 PM.
