Funeral Service will be held on Thursday October 8,2015 at Calvary Christian Church 3001 Kilborne Dr. Charlotte , NC 28205. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and the service will follow at 12:00 pm. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery West.
