Roland was a very special person, he started out coaching both of my sons, Darrell and Jason Smith in Football. He became a friend at that point and remained a friend. I stopped seeing him as they grew older, I would only run into Roland later in life when I was flying out of town at the Airport. No matter what I say I saw Roland, he was always the same fun loving guy as usual! Greg and I are praying for the Family to heal, God will be with you! Fay and Gregory Smith

From childhood to adulthood the bond of who we are will be forever. We lived each day together in our neighborhood home. And when we became adults the care in our hearts never changed. Roland always wanted everyone to do well. Even today I still look for that great smile and inevitable question “Coolidge how’s the tennis”. Even now I still look for him at the airport. I know he is there making sure we all make our flight. By the glory of the light of God we accept and we are saved
