Mrs. Phyllis Geraldine Hogan Otis, 72 of Charlotte, NC passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House Aldersgate. Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 3 ,2023 at Long & Son Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and the Service will follow at 11:00 am.
