Mr. Phillip Hugh Richardson, Sr. 82, of Charlotte, NC passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at his residence. Celebration of his life will be held Friday, January 21, 2022 at Long & Son Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and the service will follow at 11:30 am. Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.
