Mr. Phillip Hugh Richardson, Jr. 65, of Midlothian, TX. , formerly of Charlotte, NC passed away July 3, 2025 in Shanghai, China. Celebration of his life will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Walls Memorial AME Zion Church 2722 Bancroft St. Charlotte, NC 28206. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and the Service will follow at 12:00 PM. Military Rites and Interment will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery 1615 Oaklawn Ave. Charlotte, NC 28216. The service will be live stream on Walls Memorial AME Zion Church website.
