Service Announcements

Ms Pearlie Ann (Annie) Miller 69,of Charlotte, NC. passed away Friday January 19, 2018 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House Aldersgate. Funeral service will be held Friday January 26, 2018 at First Mt. Calvary Baptist Church 209 W.28th Street Charlotte, NC 28206. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm and the service will follow 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens

Pearlie Ann Miller was born in Pageland, SC on November 7, 1948 to the late Hamp Miller Jr. and Evelyn Miller. She departed this earth to join the Lord on January 19, 2018 in Charlotte, NC.

Pearlie attended Jefferson High School in Chesterfield County and later moved to Charlotte, NC where she was employed at PTL and Cannon Mills/Pillow Text.

She was a mother and friend to everyone. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family and friends and going to church. Her favorite scripture is 1st John, 4:4:  Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. She made the best coconut pies ever, but always made everyone wait until the holidays.

She was preceded in death by her two infant siblings, her sisters, Judy Davis and Mary Jenkins and her parents.

Pearlie leaves to cherish loving and fond memories to her brothers, Daniel Franklin Miller, Nelson Miller of Charlotte, NC, Collis Miller Jr of Columbia SC, and Ray Von Miller (Ingrid) of Indian Trail, NC; sisters, Lillie Bigby of Cheraw, SC, Beverly Mungo, Linda McIntyre and Carolyn Miller of Charlotte, NC. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends that will miss her dearly.
