Mr. Orange Coleman, Jr. 85, of Charlotte, NC. passed away Monday, September 23, 2019 at Saturn Nursing and Rehab. Center Charlotte, NC. Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Mt.Moriah Missionary Baptist Church 381 Crestdale Ave. Matthews, NC 28105.Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and the service will follow at 12:00pm. Interment will be in York Memorial Park Cemetery 5150 S.Tryon St. Charlotte, NC 28217.Mr. Orange Coleman, Jr. the son of the late Orange Coleman, Sr. and Mamie L. Coleman was born August 27, 1934. His spirit was lifted up into the
heavens on Monday, September 23, 2019 from Saturn Rehabilitation Center. Orange loved to read his bible and attended Mount Moriah Baptist Church, where he later became Trustee, and Deacon and he was also a Mason.He graduated from Clearcreek High School in 1952, later on in life he bccame a truck driver for US Plywood for 25 years, as well as a office supervisor at Weyerhaeuser for 10 years. He is survived by five children; Patricia Sanders of Huntersville, Al, Teressa Coleman of Matthews, NC, James Vance Coleman (Tiffany) of Miami, Fl., Christopher Coleman of Charlotte, NC, and Beverly Coleman of Charlotte, NC, grandchildren; Terrence Coleman of Huntersville, Al., Patazie Rouse of Mt.Holly, NC, Wynton Coleman of Matthews, NC, Mary Noel Coleman and Joshua Vance Coleman of Miami, Fl., great grandchildren; Krishava Coleman, Trinity Rouse and Taya Rouse of Charlotte, NC., sisters-inlaw; Mrs. Mary Jones (Leroy) of Chicago Il., Mrs. Kayvene Mimms (Cecil) of Madison, Il., and Mrs. Mamie Stafford (Sylvester) of Charlotte, NC, a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
