Mel was family and I'm truly going to miss him. He was there for me during a time of grief I will never forget the advice and concern he showed me. Even as a child I always remembered his joyous spirit. My condolences to his family, wife and kids during this time. Definitely a one of kind personality!

Mel and his family and I attended church together at one point,. I always enjoyed every conversation we had in or outside church. I always knew him to be respectful. May the sweet memories always resonate in his family;s heart, I pray God will strengthen you in the coming days.
