Mr. Mark Douglas Chavis 60, of Charlotte, NC passed away Monday, September 9, 2024 at Novant Health Main. Celebration of his life will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024 at Long & Son Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM and the Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens 8901 Lawyers Road Charlotte, NC 28227. In liue of flowers memorials can be made to the Christian Athletic Association  2409 Kali’s Place
