I shed a tear to hear that someone so full of life and fun has been taken from us all. I have only ever talked with Louis in a work setting, but have always considered him as friend. I will definitely miss seeing him through out the halls at Microsoft and getting a quick wave and smile as we pass ways. To the Hardy family, my condolences and I can understand the loss that you must be feeling at this time. I hope you find peace and love with all the great memories you have had with Louis and remember as long as you carry him in your heart he is never truly lost.

This is so heartbreaking to hear. Lou was the first person to give me a giant hug every time I came to town from the UK. His smile and laugh lit the room and you always felt good being around him. Lou - you are already missed.
