Ms.LeKeisha M.Young, 43 of Charlotte, NC passed away Saturday, March 6,2021 at Novant Health Main. Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, March 11,2021 at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens 1504 Sugar Creek Rd. West Charlotte, NC 28262 @ 11:00 am.
Ms. LeKeisha Young, 43 of Charlotte, NC passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Novant Hospital. She attended Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools until the family relocated to Conyers, GA where she graduated from Salem High School. After graduating high school, LeKeisha enrolled at Tuskeegee University, graduating with a degree in Chemistry. She later enrolled at The School of Nursing, Central Piedmont
Community College, graduating as a Registered Nurse. At the time of her demise, she was employed at Novant Hospital, where she was the 2018 Recipient of The Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nursing.
She is survived by her mother Doris Young, and father Walter Young; sister, Mrs. Erika Duncan(Douglas); niece, Zoe Duncan and nephew, Kieran Duncan; her Beloved Fur Baby
“Bella Young.”; aunts, Mrs. Mattie Allen, and Ms. Linda Glover both of Mobile, Alabama and Mrs. Rosa Mae McCree of Winnsboro, Lousiana; a host of other family and friends.
