Mr. Kenneth Earl Wright 66 of Charlotte, passed away Wednesday December 28, 2016 at W.G.Hefner VA Medical Center Salisbury, NC. Memorial Inurnment service will be held Monday, January 9, 2017 at Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens follow with Military Rites.
Mr. Kenneth Earl Wright was born December 18, 1950 in Mecklenburg County, NC to father, Simon Wright and mother Daisy Mae Wright.
Kenneth grew up in Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, NC. Kenneth was a graduate of West Charlotte High School in 1969. He went on to serve his country in the Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked for General Tires and Trane Inc. and retired after 35 years. He continued his education at Central Piedmont Community College and University of North Carolina.
Kenneth Is predeceased by his father; Simon Wright, mother; Daisy Mae Wright, and Brother; Larry Louis Wright.
He leaves to cherish his memory; Gwendolyn Wright, daughter; Kendolyn A. Wright, son; Larken-Montell Wright, daughter; Kenya D. Wright, nephew; Gregory Dulin; three grandchildren; Jordan Wright, Auryannah Wright-McCauley, Jashard Wright, aunts: Elzena B. Gabriel, Mattie A. Barber, and a host of family and friends.
