Mrs. Juanita Jackson was a family friend of the Tubbs family of Pittsburg, California. Juanita and my mother (Lenora B. Tubbs) met on the airplane and became friends. Their friendship lasted more than 30 years. Juanita was one of the most caring and loving person to know. Her friendship will forever be in our hearts. Juanita accepted the entire family into her home in Sacramento, California. She and my mom would travel back and forth enjoying each other company for whatever the occassion. I will forever be grateful for knowing her and having her in my life. I will miss talking with her about the Warriors; we both would be mad that the Warriors would lose games and have all of those turnovers (smile); and they still do today. We would discuss cooking different things and talk about enjoying life. Juanita and my mother will now be in heaven together; Oh what a time them two will have. We the children of Lenora Tubbs (Vickie, Harold, Kathy and Kenny) sends our love to the family.
