Mr. Joshua Lawrence, Jr. 78, of Oakboro, NC passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at his residence. Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 2, 2020 at New Waves of Joy Baptist Church 4739 E.W.T. Harris Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28215. Visitation will begin at 10:00am and the service will follow at 10:30 am. Military rites and interment will be in the Salisbury National Cemetery 501 Statesville Blvd. Salisbury, NC 28144 at 1:00pm
