Joe Randolph, he died yesterday from complications from his congestive heart failure. They told him in 2000 that he only had a couple years to live, and he beat the odds. He was a very kind man, and I will miss him. For those who haven't heard my stories about Joe, He was a an avid Star Trek fan. He had many models of the various ships, and followed all the series including the Picard, and Discovery series. He never accepted second in food or drink. People who dined with him would often be surprised when he would only go to those places that served the finest meals. He was a confirmed bachelor, and frequently said he would never marry. A snappy dresser, I never witnessed him dressing down. He was from New York and spoke often of it. He narrowly missed dying in the twin towers disaster. He was a kind man. Always helping those that he could. It was his friendliness that let me meet him. I will miss him
