When I heard of John's passing, Memories took me back to Providence. We all served a mighty God who bought us through some unusual times. So sorry for your loss. There will be some tough days ahead. That same God we served then will be here with you now. Love to you and your family. God bless

We're going to miss seeing his face in our building on those Saturday mornings doing what he use to do for us here at Texas Pipe & Supply Co. I met Mr. Givens back in 2007 when he came to our office on a Friday with concerns about his pay. I told him that day that he would never have to worry about that problem again as long as I was around LOL 🙂 He was so pleased to know that I was on his side when it came to TPS and he had a friend from that moment on. I didn't meet a stranger when I met him, I made a FRIEND whom I'll miss talking too(tears) Until we meet again, just know MR.JOHN D.GIVENS I will FOREVER be friends with Mrs. Mag Givens for she has been nothing but a friend during this time. No more pain, No more suffering, JUST ENTERNAL PEACE WITH HIS LORD AND SAVOR!!!
