Mr. Joe Edward Cooper 79, of Charlotte, NC. passed away Monday October 16, 2017 at Levine & Dickson Hospice Hunertsville, NC. Funeral service will be held Friday October 20, 2017 at University Church of Christ 9920 Newell Hickory Grove Rd. Charlotte, NC 28213. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and the service will follow at 12:00 pm. Interment will take place on Monday October 23, 2017 at the Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC at 11:00 am.
