To Jocelyn's family and friends... my thoughts and prayers of condolences are extended to you all, as we celebrate the life and home-going of our dearly beloved, Rev. Jocelyn Watson-Garland Pratt. She was a very faithful servant of God, family member, and friend. She will be truly missed, but will live on forever & very lovingly in our hearts. Dear Familly: Pleasel know that Rev Joycelyn was indeed a blessing to Friendship. I will never forget the energy she bought to us at the last prayer breakfast.
