To Linda and Family, It is with a heavy heart that I send my condolences to you and your family. Jimmy was a wonderful person and a great friend to many. He will forever be missed. You are in my prayers during your time of sorrow.

James was a true Gentleman in every sense of the word. He always had a smile and a friendly greeting no matter how bad he might be feeling. He will be missed as a neighbor and friend. Cheryl, I was sorry to hear from you about the passing of your dad, James Wiggins. I'll always remember the story you told me about spending summer evenings with him on the balcony of your family's NY apartment, where you would watch airplanes land at the airport behind your home. That's the kind of simple story that really paints a picture of someone; and of a life and family. Unfortunately, I never had a chance to meet him. But, if you represent even a small part of his legacy, it's pretty clear that he was a good man. My best to you and your whole family. Bill Milbrodt
