To: Cynthia, loved ones and family. I extend my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Many thoughts and prayers are with you today. Know that death can not diminish Jim's life. Because you were all so special to him, his love and memories will live on in your hearts. For years, Jim and I were colleagues at NYS Higher Education Services where we became friends. His friendship was a treasured gift. He will be sorely missed by many in the Albany NY area and we will always cherish his memory. So, to my friend, James Smith "Thank you" for making the world a better place for those you touched and "Good Night". In loving remembrance, Bettye J Zeringue Albany NY
