I was a shift supervisor with the Charlotte Fire Department 911 Communications Division; and Hazel worked on my shift as a Telecommunicator I. She was always up to any task at hand; and was one of the best employees I had the pleasure of working with up until my retirement. Hazel was a credit to our Division as well as to the City and I will always have fond memories of our shifts together. She was a dedicated employee and while saddened by her passing, I am richer for the ability to have known and worked with her over the years. CRM3
