Mr. Haywood Asbury, 88 of Charlotte, NC passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Novant Health Main. Celebration of his life will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Greater Gethsemane AME Zion Church 531 Campus St. Charlotte, NC 28216. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and the Service will follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be in the Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens 11201 Beatties Ford Road Huntersville, NC 28078. Public viewing Friday, January 12, 2024 at Long & Son from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
