Durham. We were senior counselors and had our hands full with our charges, the current freshmen ladies on the third floor in Annie Day Shepherd Hall. We persevered and even with the extra duties, graduated with honors. I had lost touch with Frankie although we both lived in the DC Metropolitan Area. I had hoped to see her at our 50th Class Reunion at NCCU last year. Now i know why she could not make it. Even though I have not seen her in many years, I still remember her sweet personality. May she rest in peace; her work on earth is done.

I remember Frankie walking through Control Center to get to the mail room every morning. She was always so pleasant I admired her. The family has my deepest sympathy.

Frankie, was my first supervisor at DC Superior Court. She was a great person to work with, and to have as a supervisor. May her soul rest in peace.
