Ethie Phillips Watermann was such a loving, caring, and giving individual. Knowing her as a teacher at West Charlotte, member of my community, and friend was certainly an awesome Blessing. An earth angel has made her transition to higher ground and my prayer is that she rest in peace. Many condolences to her family and friends.
