Mrs. Doris Deon Simpson Rashed, 66 of Virginia Beach, VA. passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA. Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, July 29,2023 at Long & Son Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and the Service will follow at 12:00 pm. Interment will be in the Weeping Mary Baptist Church Cemetery 1996 Eastview Rd. Rock Hill, SC 29732.
