At Carolinas Medical Center-Main.Funeral service will be held Friday April 1,2016 at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church 2020 Sugar Creek Rd.West Charlotte,NC 28269.Interment will be Monday April 4,2016 at 10:00 am Salisbury National Cemetery,Salisbury,NC 28144. In lieu of flowers memorial my be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
