Mr. Arthur Lee Williams, 79 of Charlotte, NC. passed away July 14, 2016 at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Charlotte. Funeral service will be held Saturday July 16 ,2016 at East Stonewall AME Zion Church 1729 Griers Grove Rd. Charlotte, NC 28216. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm . Military rites will be held at the Salisbury National Cemetery , NC 501 Statesville Blvd. Salisbury, NC 28144
