To the Wilson family: Hugs are great medicine for the soul. They let you know that others care and wrap you up in the comfort of warm hearts. They hit the right note when words cannot. If you need a hug, just let me know, as I have plenty. I would love nothing more than to share them with you during this difficult time. I will truly miss my friend. When my daughter was younger she called him Kool-Aid. Always in my heart.

I have known Alonzo for over 40 years and I will miss our conversations about everything. He was a good friend of mine. He would call when the weather was bad and ask “Are you okay over there?” I will truly miss him

My Dearest Uncle Alonzo, Words cannot express my sorrow of your home going. I know that it is God's will and we cannot question. I feel at peace knowing that you are in heaven with your Mother, Father, Brothers, Sister and your best friend embracing your presence. I will miss your visits and asking "Where is Tasha". I Love you so much and I will miss you.

Uncles teach you lessons throughout your life. My uncle Alonzo was a man that I learned a lot from and he played a role in me becoming the man I am today. I loved him like a father and he will never be forgotten.

In loving memory of Alonzo Wilson (Shakey) To the Family of Alonzo whom I had been friends with for over 40 years my thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of bereavement. I can't really find the words to express how I feel. But I can say ("Your Golden heart stopped beating, Your tired hands were put to rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best, God said you're getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put His arms around you And Whispered "Alonzo Come to Me") RIP MY FRIEND. "Virginia Gilliard"
